Ceremonial Cacao

Organic Cacao paste is the mother of chocolate, a special ritualized drink made from roasted and ground cacao pods. Cacao is used in traditional South American ceremony to facilitate meditation and open the heart to love, unity and gratitude. The flood of theobromine and other anti-oxidants in a ceremonial dose of cacao helps you to connect more deeply to yourself and your community.

Instead of rushing into your shoot, we start by sitting down together to share a cup of cacao. I encourage you to speak your intentions for the shoot into your cup, as we give a moment of gratitude to the elements, to ourselves, to the earth we will be shooting on.

My intention with this opening ritual is to allow you to ground yourself (few people are super excited to have their picture taken!) and realign with your goals and the passion you have for your business. As the cacao warms its way through you, you may feel more expansive and happy. And I just wanna see you smile!
